Digital Collections

The Stephan Archives uses the following systems to aid users in finding content online. We encourage you to search for materials that may be of interest; however, please keep in mind that—in general—archives are vast and not everything will be identified.
ArchivesSpace: We create Finding Aids for our audio/visual, document, photograph, and scrapbook collections. These serve as access points to assist users in locating materials held in our archival collections.

Historical Lawrence and Lawrentian: The Lawrence (school newspaper), its previous titles, and The Lawrentian (alumni magazine) are fully searchable starting from 1881 to within five years of the current date.

The Historical Lawrence and Lawrentian database is currently undergoing reindexing and search results may be incomplete. Users can still browse the database by date.

Digitized Collections: Our digitized materials include historical photographs, selected items from our document collection, including some student publications and records pertaining to the history and administration of the Lawrenceville School, accessible through Preservica’s Universal Access portal.  Please note new content is added regularly.
