Digital Collections

The Stephan Archives uses the following systems to aid users in finding content online. We encourage you to search for materials that may be of interest; however, please keep in mind that—in general—archives are vast and not everything will be identified.

ArchivesSpace: We have created Finding Aids for our audio/visual, document, photograph, and scrapbook collections. These serve as access points to assist users in locating materials held in our archival collections.

Historical Lawrence and Lawrentian: The Lawrence (school newspaper), its previous titles, and The Lawrentian (alumni magazine) are fully searchable starting from 1881 to within five years of the current date.

Preservica: Preservica is the Stephan Archives digital asset management system. It currently contains selected digitized content from our collections, including photographs, documents, and media. Note that images are presented in a lower resolution, but a higher resolution version may be requested from Archivist Peter Steinberg at psteinberg@lawrenceville.org.
